President
Marissa Accardi
Marissa, President of 5 Elements, oversees the company’s day-to-day operations. Her extensive experience in pre-construction, estimating, production and project management is the foundation for her well-rounded and comprehensive understanding of the construction industry. Marissa’s leadership has helped 5 Elements create a full-service, curated experience for its clientele.
Marissa joined the 5 Elements team 15 years ago after graduating from Fordham University with a BS in Business Administration, majoring in Finance, with a minor in Economics.

Sing Tsai
Sing has been with 5 Elements for the past 17 years. Sing is a Professional Expert in 2D and 3D shop drawings with engineering design and installation details. Before 5 Elements, Sing worked in a Taiwanese export company that traded products from Asia to the United States. Her international experience, coupled with her multi-lingual ability, makes her the perfect liaison with overseas offices, our shop, factories, and shipping companies. Sing graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Taiwan and a Master's Degree from New York University. She also holds Diploma Certifications in AutoCAD and Building Information Modeling (BIM).

5 Elements West is a member of ANSI (American National Standards Institute). ANSI is the sole member representative in the United States for ISO. The Institute coordinates the creation and use of product guidelines in the United States and the global membership of ISO. ANSI is also engaged in accrediting programs for conformance standards including ISO-9000 (Quality) and ISO-14000 (Environmental) Management systems. The ASTM (American Society of Testing and Materials) is a member and accredited standards developer of ANSI.

Five Elements West manufactures all of its product line with factories that are ISO certified members. ISO (International Standards Organization) is the largest governing body for manufacturing standards recognized by 104 countries worldwide.
5 Elements has on-staff certified Green associates (U.S. Green Building Certification Institute) to assist your design with pre-consumer recycled content, low-VOC materials, etc.
All 5 Elements personnel are Certified in OSHA Site Safety Training. Some personnel are also certified to ride hanging scaffold rigging with NYC DOB Training Certification.
